Introduction
The Central North Island Kindergarten Association Conference Centre is available for hire to groups from 3 to 80 people when not in use for internal staff training/events.
The purpose built Conference Centre includes excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities and is kept clean and well presented. The quiet setting with comfortable seating in pleasant surroundings will help your meeting/event go well. On summer days lunch can be taken outdoors or on the veranda and excellent meeting room equipment is available (prior booking essential).
The Central North Island Kindergarten Association and all associated buildings are smokefree at all times.
Free parking is readily available on Glenshea Street and in the public car park is across the road. A short walk takes you to the shops for food supplies, you can book a caterer or you can self cater.
Rooms
Full Conference facilities includes use of the excellent kitchen but not the Boardroom. The space can be used as one large meeting room which will seat up to 80 people or divided into three spaces for separate groups. Each space will seat between 20-40 depending on use classroom or theatre style setup.
The spaces can be hired separately as Seminar Rooms to cater for the number you have attending your meeting/event. Acoustic doors separate the large space into smaller seminar rooms and make sure that you have privacy.
All rooms are fully airconditioned for your comfort.
