Happy Days Early Learning Centre

Operating Hours

Open from 8.30am to 2.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday;
8.30am to 12.45pm on Wednesdays.

The centre operates from late January until the Christmas Break.

Following are some things for you to be aware of or to do:-

Name- hats, lunch boxes, drink bottles and spare clothing

Provide- sunblock in the summer for your child;
Items for cooking maybe requested.

Snacks and lunches-healthy options are the best for busy children.
We recommend an Icepack is placed in lunch boxes.

Clothing- Dress your child for hard work and fun - paint is available all the time.
Also please be mindful that often young children need to toilet quickly and have
difficulty with some buttons and fastenings. Simple clothing and layers work well.

Profiles contain the story of your child's time at Happy Days and we work best
when we have your voice shared in the documentation.

Advisory Group- we really appreciate the work of the parents in helping us by
attending meetings and supporting the programme offered. You are invited to
join the group.

Parent Library-Books and other resources are available for loan

Policies Information Book/ Management Plan -available for all policies
(including emergencies) and information-please ask.

Fees

Reminder-20 hours free are available to all 3 and 4 years old and/ or you may
be eligible for a childcare subsidy from WINZ.
Fees and subsidies provide teaching resources and pay for operating costs
such as cleaning, power, rates etc. Fees are GST inclusive and tax deductible.

These can be paid by cash, cheque, automatic payments or internet banking.
They need to be paid weekly or fortnightly.
Outstanding fees will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
We need two weeks notice of enrolment changes /or leaving to prevent
additional fees occurring.

Discounts Available
There is a family discount available to parents/guardians who have two or
more children attending over the same week.
Please ask for further information
